Encircled by the majestic Himalayan mountains and forests, situated at an altitude of 4500 feet, Kothli Hills provides an awe-inspiring panoramic view of the Himalayan range.

Kothli Hills is a serene retreat in Rishikesh with two wings perched on separate hill platforms. The first wing, constructed during the lockdown, showcases local craftsmanship using Pathal black stone for its floors and walls. This wing features five rooms that offer breathtaking views of the mountains and the Ganges, alongside a cozy cafeteria and a relaxing TV lounge. Sprawling gardens provide ample space to bask in the sun, while a striking black hill stands as a magnificent welcome for visitors.

In 2022, the second wing was added, boasting six well-appointed rooms and a spacious lounge where families can gather for leisurely chats, games, and bonding. Positioned on the edge of a valley, this wing offers a distinct perspective, unlike the hilltop location of the older wing. With tastefully designed accommodations, numerous open sit-outs, and a refreshing plunge pool, guests can indulge in comfort while taking in the panoramic views of the mountains. The private drawing and dining rooms, adorned with tasteful furniture, further enhance the elegance of this mountain hideaway.
